TLC diet

The TLC Diet is a cholesterol diet. The focal point of this diet is reducing bad cholesterol. To accomplish this, the diet limits saturated fats, trans fats, and cholesterol intake while increasing exercise.

Raw food diet

The foundation of the raw food diet is the consumption of uncooked, unprocessed foods. Foods cannot be genetically modified or treated with pesticides or herbicides. People on this diet consume 75 to 85 percent plant matter.
