Universally considered as one of the classics of the medium, Pac-Man is virtually synonymous with video games and an icon of 80s popular culture. The idea is simple - guide Pac-Man around the maze using your keyboard's arrow keys and gobble up all the little white dots while avoiding the roaming ghosts (better known as Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde). If a ghost catches Pac-Man, you lose a life. But if you eat one of the power pellets in the corners of the maze, the ghosts turn blue for a short period of time and become edible to Pac-Man. Occassionally, different fruits will appear which will give you bonus points when eaten. When all lives have been lost, the game ends. You've got to eat up all the dots in the maze to complete the level. And with each new level the game increases in difficulty. Keep on gobbling up those dots and avoiding Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde at all costs, and maybe you'll rack up the high score.
